Caribbean Fried Rice – Rice cooked in island spices with chicken, onion, peppers, celery, asparagus, and carrots.
Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes – Sweet potatoes stuffed with a sweet mix of coconut milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon and topped with shredded coconut.
Caribbean Rum Sopped Coconut Cake – Deep rum flavor makes this Caribbean dessert simply delightful!
