Boudin Sausage – We serve this dish as meatballs but it can be done as a stuffing or sausage.

Chicken and Andouille Gumbo – Chicken and sausage with peppers and thickened with rice.

Jambalaya – A Cajun dish of rice, shrimp and sausage that is pure comfort food.

Cajun Red Beans – Smoked pork gives this dish its distinctive aroma.

Banana’s Foster – Over 35,000 pounds of bananas are served yearly to produce the most requested item on Brennans menu.
