Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Spicy Pineapple Chutney – Spicy pineapple chutney makes a fantastically flavorful accompaniment to these perfectly cooked pork medallions.
New York Strip Steak with Gorgonzola Sauce – A nice serving of New York Strip covered with a delicious Gorgonzola cheese sauce.
Roasted Vegetables – The hearty flavor of mixed vegetables compliments this meat menu. Mozzarella Stuffed Turkey Meatballs – A lower fat, yet extremely flavorful meatball alternative with a cheesy surprise in the middle.
Chocolate Lava Cake – A wonderful explosion of chocolate flavor!
The Fine Print:
*BYOB, except for kids classes.
*Minimum class size is 6. Classes with less than six people enrolled will be rescheduled for another date.
*Maximum interactive class size is 14. Any extra guests will not be able to cook.
*Payment-in-full required at time of reservation. If reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours from the day of the party, no refund will be given.
*Group reservations require a minimum of 10 people and a non-refundable deposit of half the total at time of reservation. Group reservations must be paid-in-full 72 hours before the day of class.
